HPV and Pearly Penile Papules?

Im a 24yr M,havehad many skinproblems like ery.multiforme(Almost died from it), severeacne, eczema, plant.wart etc.Idont haveroom to type mywhole storybut bottomline, Islept w/a girl 3 timesearly Jan, 4 dys later after1st time Ihad 2bumps oncorona, gota biop &wasfine (PPP), a wk later hadmany allover. C picsBelow.

1.Is it poss. forPPP to be on the shaft?
2.I read a post you said incub. period 4 HPV is measured mnths not dys. Im NOT at all questioning ur knowledgeon HPV, butthe 2 derm. I spoke2 said it can show signs within days.Is this true?
3.Whats the best removal meth 4 PPP? I dont want lose sensitivy.
4.How fast can PPP 'sprout' up and spread.
5.Can masturb spread PPP or HPV?
6.All bumps r seperate, &dont have the stereotyp. caulifl look..andthey areall smooth&shiny likemost PPP. IsHPV rough/fleshy?
7.If Ihave HPV, whatsthe bestsite 4singles w/STD's?

Sorry for the cryptic talk and bad grammar. I was trying to fit everything into 1600 characters.

I will use this space to type the story of how it happened.  I slept with this girl 3 times over the period of about 2-3 weeks in early Jan. 4 days after the fact I see two small bumps on the right side of the corona. same color as the corona. I freak out and run to the derm and he tells me it is PPP (biopsy was done and came back normal). A little side not. This girl I slept with, we will call her Mary, was best friends with my ex about 3-4 years ago, we will call my ex Terri. Terri was always jealous of Mary because she was very attractive, bigger boobs etc etc. Terri was the jealous type and told me after I slept with Mary, that she had HPV. I thought nothing of it (figured it was jealousy) and casually brought it up to Mary and she swore on her moms grave she didn't have it etc. Anyways when i felt her down there, it was smooth and i did not notice anything. Back to the main story.

So I got back from the derm relieved that I did not have HPV, but I still checked myself at every chance i could get. about a week later the bumps covered about 50% of my corona, and i also noticed they were all over the head of my penis. About a week after that i noticed some darker coloration around the wrinkly part in the front, then the bumps started rising after a few weeks. I also noticed what looked like infected hair follicles on the underside of my shaft. There ARE hairs coming out of 80% of the bumps on the shaft (maybe 10-15 small bumps). I went to the derm right after i noticed the PPP all over the corona and head, and he still insisted in confidence its PPP. I am going again this week to have him check the stuff on the wrinkly part and the shaft. Maybe the irritation below the corona is only because i obsessivly check myself? I check myself anytime i am in the restroom at work, the shower before and after, before bed, anytime i am just sitting around on the computer at home etc.

PLEASE NOTE THE PICTURES WERE TAKEN AS SOON AS I GOT OUT OF THE SHOWER. I did this because that is when it is easiest to see the PPP (well, what hopefully is PPP).

sir you single handedly are almost giving me a nervous breakdown.. the fact that you were so vague is really making me extremely paranoid. I beg of you to please respond to this ASAP to let me know what you think is going on here

I suspect the reason that the doctor only replied very briefly is because you do not have anything wrong with you. What you are showing just looks like nromal skin variations / freckle / small bumps etc. The fact that these pictures are at such a high resolution, it shows the imperfections in all skin when viewed close up. You are simply looking too close at your genitals. The regularity in the pattern of the very small bumps on your penis head also suggest that it is normal. Go and show it to a doctor so that he can tell you that there is nothing wrong with you.
