Had small bump on penis doctor didnt believe it to be a wart but used liquid nitrogen on it, now it is dark brown, does this mean it was a wart?

hey there
i recently went to std clinic to see if a small white growth on the side of my penis was a wart. the growth felt quite solid and as if it was filled with something. the doctor said she did not believe it to be a wart but froze it with liquid notrogen to be safe. The next day i noticed the spot had turned dark brown, almost like a blood blister. does this mean that it was a wart, or does liquid nitrogen turn anything that colour?
