Hair falling and scalp itching

Hello,

   I have the itching problems from long time and itching was growing day by day. And I have tried some shampoo and then I went to dermatologist before 8 months and he gave me Fongeiter lotion and itching stops for few days once i used this shampoo.

    But I am observing from last 3 years that there is continous hair falling and now i am really worried as hair fall is so much that I have started to get Bald from many areas.

   And also I stay in india and now for my assignment i have come to netherland for few months. Again here itching has increase with dry skin in head and hair fall too.

   Please help urgently and also worried that if go to doctor and take the medicine and could side edffects of it and i will lose my all hair.

    Please reply me as soon as possible and also it would be great if u have some natural medicine.
