Hair loss questions!

by ihopeimnotbalding, Jan 17, 2008 12:02AM
I am a 19 year old male with hair to my shoulders.

I am experiencing thinning hair towards the corners of my hair line. I'm really worried! My father isn't balding. And I am unsure if my grandparents did.

I straighten my hair almost every day, and I believe I have a very tender head.

I'm wondering if the straightening overtime is thinning certain spots on my head because of how i pull my hair, or the heat or whatever?

If I stop straightening my hair is there a good chance it'll grow back?

Help me!
