Hair loss since May now half my hair is gone,Depressed dont know what to do.

I strated noticing it in early May I went to my Family DR. they sent me for thryoid tests they sad hair loss is usually thyroid related. My labs came back my TSH was low .22 (norma range .30 to 3.0) They asuumed I was HyperThyroid.I then was sent to an Endocronogilst. She to thought I was "subclinical"HyperT and did more tests I seen her Juune 18th took a while to get an appt.I got my results and my TSH is now .47 which is now normal.
My labs-from June

FT4- 1.19    (.60 to 1.50 Normal ranges)
FT3- 2.6     (2.3 to 4.0)
TSH-0.471  (.30 to 3.0)
ANTIBODYS TEST-(TPO- 7) (antithyroglobulin-Less Than 20)
Also found out I have a small Goiter*

I think my tsh and t3 is on the lower side of normal but DR said since its normal It cant be whats causing my hair loss.I have to see the endo again in sep. to get re-checked.

Iam now very worried its heartbreaking losing all your hair I never though it could be so difficult. Its also hard because its been going on since May and I still have no answers after multipe dr appts and bloodwork. It really bothered me when I see my DR last week and he kinda laughed like he was puzzled and asked me what I thought was wrong because he doesnt have a clue!!! I feel hopeless and depressed. He now wants to send me to a dermatlogist but the closest one around isnt taking any new patients untill DECEMBER!! I  will be bald by then.

Iam a 28 yo female I do have asthmas and allergies but in otherwie good health I eat good exercise.I have started taking vitamins and using nioxin but its not helping any.My hair use to be waist lenghth but I had some of it  cut because it strated looking stringy due to the hair loss.It strated at my temples and the sides of my head and is now falling out all over in big gobs.I dont even feel like I look like me anymore. What else could it be? My aunt which is like a 2nd mother to me was diagnosed with mets breast cancer in Feb.Its been a very difficult time for my family.Could it be stress? It seems like my dr has no idea and has left dx myslef up to me.I dont know where to go from here. Also all the hairs have the white bulbs on the end.

Telogen effluvium is the clinical diagnosis, and your hairs will regrow in a few months.Subclinical iron deficiency is common and frequently the cause in women.

Ive been tested and Iam not anemic so I guess that means my iron level is normal.

Subclinical iron deficiency is lessening of stored iron.Iron is not only in blood but in muscle as myoglobin, and in liver too. This aspect of the deficiency is missed.
