Hair removal by laser

I’m 34 year old and in the past 28 years I’m getting a lot of extra hair on my face a friend told me to try LightSheer Duet Laser which is used by a doctor in my town but I’m not sure that laser is safe and I’m worried about the long time side effect of using laser treatment. Are all laser treatments the same? What other alternatives to I have?  Please advice

Light sheet duet laser is one the most advances and commonly used techniques for hair removal. As with any laser treatment the side effects accompanying are there like redness, burning, superficial burns or hypopigmented patches. So please discuss it in detail with your dermatologist before going in for this procedure.
