Hair thinning Getting Worse Guy with long Hair!?!?

My hair has been thinning the past year and a half and its getting worse. I'm 20 years old man and use to have thick perfect hair never a sign of thinning/balding. I had very long hair A foot past my shoulders and part my hair down the middle and It's thinning at the part and vertex somewhat. More in the frontal area of the part was worse on the left but, It started to even out widening the part. But more thinning and hair falling out at the follicle If i comb my hair or after a shower I got like 20 hairs falling or more! It's bad enough where I comb my part straight forward to "comb over" the thinning (making my part look more narrow/normal). It seems to slowly be getting worse I Really need some help It's starting to affect my social life... I've ready alot of stuff about Regrowth and Stimulating it but I only have purchased one product called "Hair Regain" Its didn't seem to help made it look thinner really. Considering Propecia My Father has a complete horseshoe and my Grandfather alike. I think it's MPB but I have No "M" Shape on my hairline no receding at all really It's Not much of a pattern Really Like MPB is NEED HELP Plzzz! Thanks, Jason
