Hand blisters

Hand blisters

Starting about two weeks ago I started to notice very small blisters (hard, water filled) on the back of my hand and on my fingers.  If it breaks it is very painful.  If it does not break other than it visibly bothering me there is no pain or itching.  When one goes away another forms. Currently I have several painful spots on my hands where blisters have formed and broken, leaving a sore.  I always have one somewhere and it occurs on both hands.
I have also started to notice that the skin on the back of my hand seems to be thinner.  The skin in this area is easily skinned by knocking into something.

The only recent change in medication - about two months ago my doctor prescribed .03 mil of Premerin due to extreme hot flahses that had begun.  This low dose of Permerin has relieved that problem.
Thank You for any help you may be able to give.
