Hard, red skin on one leg

Just wondering if anyone has ever crossed such symptoms: red area below knee getting harder but no lumps at all. The leg was broken some time ago.

Such hard skin below the knee can be due to granuloma annulare or psoriasis. Psoriasis is a long-term (chronic) skin problem that causes skin cells to grow too quickly, resulting in thick, white, silvery, or red patches of skin.It is thought that psoriasis occurs when the immune system overreacts, causing inflammation and flaking of skin. Please consult a dermatologist and get it examined.
