Hard Facial Bump

um hi,i have this weird bump on the under left side of my nose.its not a cyst i know because its very hard,its normal skin color,and theres no white or re dot at the top.it came about 3 months ago and i didnet really notice but its still there and seems to have gotten bigger.if tried to pop it with a neddle befor but nothing came out,well expect blood that is.im afirad that i might have a facial tumor...can anywon help?
