Hard bump under skin

Hi, I have this hard round bump under my skin on my left butt check for a few years. When looking at it, it looks like a light brown color. When I touch it, it slightly sticks out from the skin. When I go and try to squeeze it, it is very hard and feels really deep in the skin.  It itches sometimes. What could it possibly be? Is it cancer?

I have attached a picture of it. Please let me know if you have any idea what it could possibly be?

Thank you!

I have the exact same thing that you have described on the left side of my chest.  It looks almost the size of yours.  It itches a lot and is very agrivating.  Did you get any responses?

Possibly a '.Dermatofibroma' (not serious). Do consult your doc to make sure.
