Has anyone been treated for under eye blue veins?

Has anyone been successfully treated for under eye blue veins?  I have very prominent veins in my temples and under me left eye.  Have been using vitamin k cream for 9 months and have only noticed a slight improvement.

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be due to telangiectasia. They are small dilated blood vessels present under the skin especially on the face. It can be due to environmental changes, skin trauma, overuse of steroids, acne rosacea or venous hypertension. Telangiectasias on the face are often treated with laser. My sincere advice is to consult a cosmetologist and discuss this with him.
