Have I got Rosacea

About 4 weeks ago I got a red itchy rash on my chest. The skin is red with what looks like ives or small bumps. I have used Eurax cream and Bach Rescue cream and Zertec. My doctor prescribed steroids "prednisolone 5MG which I have been on for 6 days now with improvement. I have attached a photo of the area.

From the symptoms it looks like contact dermatitis or hives and not rosacea. Rosacea is a cutaneous disorder primarily of the central part of the face, such as forehead; cheeks; nose; and chin. Take the steroids as prescribed as they are the main treatment for contact dermatitis. Also wear cotton clothes and use calamine lotion for soothing the skin.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
