I was diagnosed with Granuloma Annulare 18 months ago after a skin biopsy was carried out. Over this time I have had several courses of treatment from very strong steriod creams to more recently PUVA treatment. The rash is widespread on my shoulder blades and upper back and all down both arms and hands and my chest area. The dermotologist is now saying he believes this has been misdiagnosed and I had a further 3 biopsies 2 weeks ago. I am now very concerned that this may be skin cancer. Are there any forms of skin cancer that resemble Granuloma Annulare in appearance?
