Having dryness on face all the time..??

Sir...from past few days i had dryness on my face... I went to doc... n she prescribed me....EPISOFT CLEANSER FACE WASH and FLUTIVATE OINTMENT... for 15 days...!!
After 15 days my face looks good enough as free of dryness.. once I discontinue this after completion of course.. it gets back on my face...!! What to do..??? Do I need to use them for lifetime...???
