Hello Docs

I have a question regarding a spot that looks like a "Herald Patch". I started to get it like 3 to 3 1/2 weeks ago which got to around a  1 Inch or so in size. it got a little scaly and went away only scaly is the one on my neck. after that came out smaller one showed up around my chest , should and neck. They don't itch only one that itched was one on my should area and very rarely does it itches . i have attached a picture do you think this is Pityriasis Rosea? you can see the biggest one  in my breast and arm pit area and little ones that came out after. also how long does the spreading take if its Pityriasis Rosea?

Hello,
It can be pityriasis rosea. Pityriasis rosea is a common human skin disease which presents as numerous patches of pink or red oval rash. The rash may be accompanied by low-grade headache, fever, nausea and fatigue and itching. Topical and oral steroids are needed. Water, sweat, and soap may cause irritation and should be avoided in the disease. Topical zinc oxide and calamine lotion are useful for pruritus.
I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get this possibility evaluated as without examination confirmation  of a diagnosis is tough. Hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries. Warm regards.
