Help! Itching on my Arms and Stomach (PIC)

Anyone know what this is? I've seen pics of PUPPS and it's not it.

I have itching all over my arms and the top of my stomach. I have ZIT like bumps, not filled with puss, but they are spread out and not all bunched together.
Here's a pic of the bumps on my tummy:

My arms are the worst, they itch from the top of my shoulder down to my wrist. I think my forearms itch the worst. My stomach itches every once in a while and has a few bumps on it. My back also has a few itchy bumps on it...

The itching is always there somewhere on my body... the only places that don't itch are my hands, feet, and calves.

I have NO idea what this is... anyone have any ideas??
