Help Me Please

I have a patch of bumps on my shoulder that itch. It started about a month ago and itches worse everyday. I first thought it was dry skin but the bumps are getting bigger. Can u please tell me what it is? It doesn't spread anywhere and it is not ringworm.

They are reddish, they look kind of like pimples with out a white head on them. They get bigger when I scratch them. They itch ALL the time. It is a patch of bumps about 2 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide. it is in the formation like a rectangle.they are raised off the skin. They are smaller than a pea.they don't seem to have a pattern. I haven't changed anything as in soap lotion. I change my shirt everyday. When it first came about I was at a wake and the spot itched so I scratched it and it felt like I scratched off a scab but there was no sore there. It started itching every once in a while. I thought it was dry skin so I used lots of lotion. It didn't help so I tried caladryl, that didn't help either. Then I tried Cortizone 10 Plus, That stops the itch for about 5 minutes.Does this help any?

Hi,

Would you be able to describe the bumps further?
Are they reddish, follows a pattern? shape? size? color? do they appear in clusters?are they elevated? flat? ulcerates? they contain pus? any discharge? do they itch?

What were the circumstances that surrounds its onset? Have you exposed yourself to the sun? Changed your shirt, lotion, soap?

Do keep us posted .
