Help Please

I am a 20 year old male, I have been to my old pediatritian and my general practitioner.  I have a problem with boil outbreaks. On my outer upper thigh, and butt.  This has been going on for 2-3 years.  I used to be very overweight, but right as this started i was in the process of losing weight.  The boils come to a head sometimes, sometimes they dont.  I am left with purple scars from them, both dr's said that it was acne.  I know this is not part of this forum, but i also have problems with Indegestion(at least i think thats what it is) i belch/burp alot, i had a barrium swollow, it came back negative for everything.  I dont know if this is from Anxiety or stress, my muscles twitch sometimes as well. i dont think this is all connected, but 1, i wanted to make sure, and 2, i have tried cephalexin, i missed doses however. i was wondering if there is any way to stop this, how serious it is, and if there is a way to make the purple scars go away.

Hello,
Boils are caused by infection of the hair follicle by staph aureus. Hair follicles that are blocked by greasy creams, petroleum jelly, or similar products are more vulnerable to infection. Bacterial skin infections can be spread by shared cosmetics or washcloths, close human contact, or by contact with pus from a boil or carbuncle.

Recurrent boils are found in diabetes, HIV infection, or other immune system disorders. So please get your blood sugar evaluated.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I also feel like, The indegestion symptoms/ the belching, it doesnt bother me when im not fixating on it, or at least not nearly as much. and the muscle twitches are not an everyday occurance.  i think the boils just have me so worked up that it brings these out and makes me feel like there connected, causing anxiety.
