I have red dots/spots on my quads. both front and back. However they do not itch.

Hello,
The fever that you are having and the rash seem to be related to viral infection and the rash is a viral rash.Apply calamine lotion and take some Acetaminophen for the fever. The viral rash should subside with the infection but if it persists then a dermatologist’s examination is desirable.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries. Kind regards.
