Hi,

Laser and Electrolysis are methods that can be used in removing hair permanently. This can also be used in the upper lip area. Laser hair removal is safe for people of all ages. It will remove whatever hair is present, but it will not prevent patterns of hair growth which are still in the growth phase. Electrolysis, on the other hand, uses needles to zap the hair follicle through electric pulses and prevent any further hair growth.  It does not depend on pigmentation. In some people, if the hair root is not completely destroyed by the electrical pulse, then and the hair will return.Discuss these treatment options with your doctor which is suitable for you. Take care and regards.
