Hello,
Tinea versicolor is caused by a fungus that lives in the skin of almost all adults. Factors that can cause the fungus to become more visible include high humidity and immune or hormone abnormalities. You can use over-the-counter topical antifungals, which contain any of several basic ingredients: miconazole, tolnaftate, terbinafine, ketaconazole and clotrimazole. You can consult a pharmacist and get any cream or lotion containing these ingredients. Some of them are Lamisil, Monistat derm, Mycelex,Selsen and Nizoral.

For the dandruff, eat a healthy diet. You can also take vit B6 and vit A and E which are good for hair and skin. Try medicated shampoos for dandruff. There are a number of over-the-counter shampoos available that can help. The most effective ingredients -- antimicrobials -- to look for are zinc pyridinethione, selenium sulfide, sulfur and ketoconazole (also available by prescription). If your hair is colored, don't use products with selenium sulfide or sulfur. For the dry skin, use moisturizers liberally after washing with luke warm water. Soap should be used minimally.

If the symptoms persist then pls consult a dermatologist. Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Kind regards.
