Help me identify this pruritic rash

Help me identify this pruritic rash

I have had this off an on rash for the last year or so. It is in a oval shape around my lower abdomen and behind my right knee.  Like I said, it would come and go (or at least not itch and be barely noticable)  Well, this week it has seem to come back and itches mroe than ever before.  Also it has seem to spread and covers a larger portion of my abdomen and has extended to my back (where it had never been before)  Also, it seems to have spread to my buttucks and more of my right leg.

To me it almost seems similair to ring worm except its not in circles, rather just covers an area in a ununiform shape.  If I let it be, the skin will start to flake white, if I put lotion on it, the flaking dissapears, but the skin is still dicolored.  I'm pretty good about not scratching it, but I will say my will is tested.

Could I have eczema or psoriasis?

I read that taking baths with a cup of bleach poured in would help, as will things such as lemon juice, which I'm more than willing to try,  any help would be appreciated.
