Help me please

hello I was recently tested for all the major std's. In the blood test I came back negative for hsv 1 and 2. a couple of days after the test I noticed three bumps on the end of my penis (where the shaft ends and testicles began.) I get ingrown hairs down from time to time but Im scared because there are three of them now. They do not hurt and looking at pictures online I do not think they are herpes. I go to the doctor tomorrow and I hope to figure it out soon. My question to you is: if I had herpes how painful would it be? and would the first outbreak occur at the end of my penis? like I said I think they are ingrown hairs but I am not sure and really need some closure.
thank you

Herpes presents as a cluster of blisters, not as three bumps.  You're doing the right thing by going to see the doctor, but I don't think you'll learn that these bumps are of any concern.

Best.
