Help please I can't stand suffering from this anymore...

I've had these wounds mainly on my legs but a few on my stomach arms and face as well that keep appearing and wont seem to heal. My mom says they look like bug bites. I think they look like little zits but some of them have a greyish line in the middle.. maybe an ingrown hair that died? I have no idea honestly but I do have sensitive skin. Could this be an allergic reaction to something? Ive had it for months and it keeps getting worse. When I get out of the shower it looks a lot better but sometimes it gets really red and itchy and I cant help but scratch. Help please. What is causing this? Im so embarrassed by this.  :-(

Here are some pictures I took of them:

I actually saw a physican two weeks ago and he prescribed zithromax. I took it as prescribed and it made me feel really tired but didn't seem to help my skin. Im so confused. Im trying to cut gluten out of my diet now to see if that helps but I dont know how much longer I can go on like this.. I dont want to have scars all over my body. :-(

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These bumps look like folliculitis skin. Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist as you may need oral antibiotics.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Im feeling very hopeless about being able to cut gluten out of my diet. Can you recommend any diets or websites that can help guide me through this? I cant stand these wounds they hurt and itch I have a hard time not scratching them any suggestions on how I can stop scratching and help speed up the healing process? I wish this could just be an easy fix but it seems like a complete lifestyle change is going to be necessary. Once I start a guten-free diet will I begin to have more energy or less because lately I have been feeling exhausted.

i have a severe gluten intolerance and get these same spots at the top on my legs, they feel huge but take ages to develop a head and get alot worse if i squeeze them. I tend to leave them be and they go in time, not wearing my skinny jeans seems to help too, i went to the docs an she said its folicitis(?) small ingrowning hairs most likley caused by my jeans rubbing

While it cetaily could be bug bites it would be prudent to rule out 'Dermatitis herpetiformis' related to gluten hypersensitivity.
Best wishes.
