Help please

I have a couple of scars on my penis, located near the original circumcision scar (which is not really visible as such) -- They have been there for a few years, and have not gone away on their own. Understandably, I would like to be rid of them. What course of action do you suggest I follow? What kind of doctor should I see? Is it better to have them excised surgically or treated with lasers, or something else altogether? Thanks for your help.

First, you need an accurate diagnosis--are these truly scars, or perhaps white cysts that can occur not uncommonly on the penis.  If they are scars, there is not much to do.  A urologist would be the one to consult about possible surgical procedures, though I doubt that any such procedure would leave a better appearance than what you already have.  By all means look into it, but I suspect you'll be better off staying the way you are.

Best.
