Help with Hypertrophic scars on nose

hello, i have Hypertrophic scars all over my nose, they are slightly lighter then the rest of my skin on my nose which makes them more noticeable. at first i thought they would go away but its been a couple of years and they still persist. they aren't red, just raised.
ill provide a picture here so you have a better idea.

i am hoping that you could tell me a treatment for it. i have tried 1 session of laser resurfacing, and various acne products and silicone sheets but none have worked for me so far.

Mainstay therapy for hypertrophic scars are intralesional injections of corticosteroids (such as triamcinolon). Often, cryotherapy is performed prior to injecting. Such combination therapy may be quite effective in scar reduction over time.

In your case, first step would be to see a dermatologist and confirm diagnosis. There are few differential diagnoses that could be mistaken for hypertrophic scars.
