Help with med terms from biopsy?

From the biopsy report on this rash that I've had over a year, does anyone know what the following terms mean? I have googled some of these terms, but the definitions contain more medical terms that I do not understand. The dermatologist says this all means she is stumped and can't figure out the rash, so I thought if I could at least understand the report, I may be able to do some additional research before further testing which is two months away. Thank you!

I am not an expert in histopathology but the features of an allergic contact dermatitis- is a likely answer.
