Help

I have a reddish rash on my scrotum/ scrotal sac. it began a year back. the scrotum always became extra sweaty when i was at work. it used to itch hence i visited a doctor. he asked me to apply- halovet mixed in betamil. the itching went away but the skin looked the same. there is no major itching now only a red patch exactly around the scrotum, and an extra loose scrotum. i have tried a few medicines like sebifin but no help. the itching is next to zero but the color and the texture of the skin is very different. Also extra sweaty. its always on my mind and I desperately need a cure. can anyone help?
