"Hematoma" that has lasted for years

On the inside of my right breast I have a painful red "bruise" that has lasted for years. It resembles a large hickey and occasionally bleeds out of my pores. It is not on my nipple, nor does it touch my nipple. I have had a biopsy on my breast and the results were negative. The doctor told me if the pain ever stops make sure I come in to get it checked again. He also said to check with a dermatologist.

Anybody have any ideas on what it could be or how I get rid of it? It is extremely painful and embarrassing.

It is very unusual for hematomas to last for so long and if you are having any such bruise which exudes blood, then it should be checked by a dermatologist.
