Herpes, Chaffing, Irritation, Folliculitis??

Hi Doc,
The story goes as follows. Cleared for all STD's including HSV 2 via Herpeselect test (I get coldsores-HSV 1) about a year ago and about 3 weeks ago had sex for the first time since the last STD check. It was protected vaginal sex and unprotected oral sex with a girl I dated, but she doesnt talk to me anymore. The condom stayed on the whole time during intercourse and didnt break as it collected all the semen. Fast forward to Tuesday night (June 20th) where a massage worker gave me a rigourous "hand job" and a bodyslide with lubricant in a hot tub. The next night I masturbated pretty vigorously. Thursday I noticed what appeared to be two inflamed and enlarged cysts located on the left side and middle shaft of my penis. They werent red, but pinkish in color and stood out from the normal color of my penis. The larger bump was smooth on the skin, but the other was a bit raised They are not clustered together, but about .4centimetres away from each other. This area has always been a bit redder because of the rubbing it gets during sexual acts. Nothing really hurt on the skin except for mild burning in the area, which is common was me with masturbation sometimes. I know I shouldnt have done it, but I squeezed the area and it got really red and bled a little bit. I went to a sexual health centre and the doctor looked at it and said it was unlikely to be herpes it looked more like irritation, but took a swab anyways and told me not to worry about it and check back in a week or go to a dermatologist for an opinion. Easier said than done about worrying. Im really trying to put Herpes out of my mind, but having a hard time doing it. My questions for you are the following:
1)Do herpes sores expel blood??
2)I know you can get herpes even if you are using a condom, but wouldnt it show up on an area not covered by the Condom? (Mine was located mid-shaft where the condom covered it the whole time)
3.)Do you think I need a HSV blood test based on the exposure or just move on?
4. By my description what else do u think it could be?
5. How to best treat it and prevent future occurrences?

Thank you for your help doc and I know Im worrying/obessing with this too much. Cheers

1)Do herpes sores expel blood??
No, unless you squeeze them, but ordinary cysts expel blood too, if you squeeze them.

Yes.

Move on.
4. By my description what else do u think it could be?
An inflamed cyst you squeezed.
5. How to best treat it and prevent future occurrences?
Using condoms is all you can do.  In future, show anything suspicious to a doctor without squeezing first.

Best.

I forgot to add the big, pink, bump is under the skin and not raised. Feels smooth, but it just looks weird. Thank again.
