Herpes?? Can't get anyone to talk about this on here

I am very nervous. I was pretty sexually active for a while. I no longer am I changed the way of life. Last sexual experience was possibly dec or jan. No symptoms till late march. Then I got what felt like chaffing on my scrotum right side. Then it moved to whole scrotum. Itched but no leasions or bumps turned red. Then went to right side of penis head. Still no lesions or bumps. Been to doctors and have tried 3/4 creams. Slightly better but not gone. Now almost July it is still here. Then it moved to my butt cheeks if it's hot or I sit for while I get like pimples on my cheeks both sides no clusters. If I don't have pants on it's ok. Then tingling in my feet started Agee weeks ago then feet started to peel. Now the last week I keep getting taste buds that swell up. One comes goes away in a day or two then another one somewhere else comes immediately.. Not sure if this is related but march till almost of July no bumps no nothing just irritation on genitals gets very tiring. I'm scared I'm terrified actually. I have a dermatologist appt July 17.

Hello,
I'm no doctor, or health professional, but you might say I have a Master's degree in life itself. I have never had that problem, but herpes is known as the gift that keeps on giving. It is not curable, and is very easy to spread. The best thing you can do is get to a doctor or health professional immediately or a.s.a.p. and get tested and it treated. I have had friends that had it and they were scared at first, then learned what to do and when to do it, protecting their 'mate', etc. Please get to your doctor or health clinic?
