of course i didnt feel anything , but later on i felt sore, and the next day i started to see bumps on the pubic section of my penis, the upper part, near my stomach, some which are white and some kinda red but not really red,
i dont have any symtoms of having problems urinating or dont feel feverish, but the bumps do irrated me when the fabric of my underwear rubs against them
but to my conclusion, im trying to figure out is this because of the excessive pulling of the pubic hair that made it bump up? because i dont have bumps on my penis tip or the shaft but they are all on the pubic hair section
Based on your post, these red bumps do not sound like an STD. These may be irritated hair follicles or a case of folliculitis. Cuts in the skin caused by pulling the hairs may facilitate infection of skin bacteria. These may cause folliculitis which may present as red bumps which may be itchy or tender to the touch.
The bumps may resolve spontaneously. If they persist for more than a week, you may need topical antibiotics for this. Wash the area with a mild cleanser like Cetaphil. Folliculitis may be contagious. Thus, I suggest that you refrain from direct skin to skin contact until the bumps have resolved. Apply warm compress over the affected areas at least thrice a day to keep the swelling or redness down. Discuss with your doctor the best topical antibiotics that may be used for this.
