Herpes? STD? Normal?

From looking at different forums, I've figured out that the bumps surrounding the tip of the penis is penile papules... but as for the skin of the top of the penis.... I find many many bumps on it as well. I don't remember these bumps ever being on there when I was young... but at that time I was still a virgin and didn't pay that much attention. Is this normal for the penis to look like? They don't seem to hurt when I touch them. I do get random pains in my penis tip though nothing that I've been particularly worried about to this point.
There is also this line that is forming near the bottom of the tip of my penis which I am a little worried about since it seems to be just a normal line... but it never goes away. (refer to picture)
I have never had sex it without a condom... though I have had oral sex.
Occasionally some of the bumps will get a little red usually maybe I have either had sexual intercourse or recently masturbated.
This has been bugging me for months. If anyone could help me I would be very appreciative.

You can get herpes and other std from oral sex. somehow people think it's safe.
But the little bumps are normal. If you look you will notice frequent changes. As for the pain, doesn't sound relevant. i wouldn't worry. Don't look to hard. You will become a hypochondriac.
