Herpes Simplex problem

Greetings, I have few questions on which I would like your opinion. I am very vulnerable to Herpes Simplex virus on my lips. From the beginning of the 2008. to today I had more than 25 Herpes Simplex virus outbreaks. I asked the doctor for the advice but he just said to put toothpaste on the cold sores and to drink vitamin b complex. I am drinking Spirulina (Vitamins), Colostrum (Vitamins) and vitamin B complex. I am even putting the Aciclovir paste on the cold sore... But all without success. What am I doing wrong, what should I take? Furthermore, not least but last. I have some little white bubbles or dots on the lower eye lid on both eyes. It doesn't hurt, but it looks ugly(at least to me). No one would want to be with me Sad. I wonder if it is too some kind of viral infection? And really last but not at all least. I have some little white bubbles on my genitals too Sad On my testicles... As I said it doesn't hurt, but I must ask someone, right? It could be something malignant. Hope it isn't Sad. I hope you will answer my questions clearly and simply.
