STD's may have to be ruled out here as herpetic infections still fit the description you have posted. Also, there is a significant sexual history which may increase the chance that this may be sexually transmitted. However, you have also posted that you usually shave your thighs. If this is the case, then folliculitis or razor burns are also differentials here. Applying topical antibacterial ointment over the area may help improve the skin condition. If the skin does not respond after two days then you may need to have this assessed by your doctor.
Mmkay the smaller dots spread out all the way to my kneecaps! All the bigger ones are located on my inner thigh.. a few inches below the pantyline. For the most part, there are dozens of small dots. My ex swears up and down he didn't have any sort of STD. And he didn't appear to have any sort of an outbreak while I was with him. So I don't know what to think. There are some random tiny ones on my legs too. A few of the big ones look like they may have white tips. What I want to know is are pictures allowed here as long as they don't contain nudity? I don't know what to do. If I should try switching shaving creams or just not shave for awhile or what? The bumps don't really itch or anything. They aren't painful either. They started showing up prolly a lil less than a week ago. I have a birth control appointment on the 9th, maybe the doctor can tell me something about what this is. Until then I'm scared. Scared my current bf is going to reject me if he sees them. I still feel like it is something from shaving. I have a bad tendency to shave up in direction and then down in the same spot on my thighs at least. Don't really do it on my legs. Could that not lead to this? They always tell you to shave in only one direction. No?
