Herpies?

I have a small red bump that just appeared in the last 20 minutes. just shaved a few days ago and got some other bumps on face, I was just wondering if its herpies (herpes) or not, I'm 19 I've had sex. Theres only one spot in corner of my lip that is a tad bothersum feeling, i have gotten them before when i was younger, Is there any way i can take a picture and show someone?

These bumps on face can be due to irritated hair follicles or cysts. It does not sound like herpes which presents as painful sores which scab over. The mark on the corner of the mouth needs to be examined if it has been present for quite some time. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful for these bumps. If the symptoms persist then get an evaluation done by a dermatologist.
