How can i get rid of my acne without any medicine?

Im 15 and we have no health insurance and money is kinda tight. I Keep getting zits on my nose or right next to my mouth and it begining to become a problem. Im scared people will start sayng i have herpies (herpes) or something while i know i dont my boyfriend is the only one i kiss and i know he doesnt have herpes or anything because im the only girl hes ever kissed!

My zits become really red and irrated because as soon as i notice a zit i start messing wit it. So it becomes like totally red. Its an abominaiton by the time the day ive realized its there is over. I cant pop them because my nails arent long enough and nobody else will do it for me.

Ive tried to used Nexema but i have broken out alot more after using it. It turs out im allergic to it. Ive also tried alchol rubbing but its only lessen the problem by a tiny bit.

But the point is is there any way that i can get rid of my acne do you have any suggestions towards this?

Hello,
It looks like acne rather than zits. They are caused due to blockade of secretion by sebaceous glands. These can be enhanced by hormonal changes, dirt or unclean skin. Some of these might get infected causing micro-abscesses and micro-tissue necrosis that heal to produce a scar.

The only way to prevent them is to keep the skin clean. You should wash your face 2-3 times daily with a mild soap, avoid stress and oil based products. It is also not advised to pierce the pimples. Use could use an antibiotic cream like erythromycin or an ointment containing benzoyl peroxide for the pimple to heal.
With the help of the doctor, the treatment of oral antibiotics, contraceptive pills, retinoids, cortisone injections, chemical peels and laser treatment can be your other choices.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
