Physical activity that may lead to sweating may cause allergic symptoms in some people. Aside from h, otsymptoms may include itching of the skin, flushing, difficulty breathing, stomach cramping or headaches. As soon as you notice the hives, you should stop what activity you are doing. If the hives do not go away in 5 to 10 minutes, or if you have other symptoms, it is important that you see inform your doctor. Medications such as certain antihistamines, can prevent symptoms in some cases. It would help if you avoid any activity that leads to sweating.
This could just be temporary. Antihistamine medications and avoidance of the trigger (sweat) may help. However, do you have a personal or family history of allergies? If it persists, see your doctor for further evaluation. A complete medical history and physical examination will help in determining the outlook.
