Hello,

When you are waxing, apply wax in the direction of hair growth and wax should be tolerably hot. Then try to wax the hair out in a single strip as multiple strips may injure the skin more. After waxing apply ice(wrapped in a towel) and some calamine lotion on the skin which helps in soothing. You can also take some over the counter anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen after waxing.

However, the best method of painless hair removal is by laser treatment.I would advise you to consult a dermatologist/cosmetologist and discuss this option with him.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted if you have any additional queries.

Hello,

Laser hair removal is for permanent removal of hair.It needs multiple sessions. Laser hair reduction works by targeting the hair follicle through the melanin in the hair.
Melanin absorbs laser energy and transfers it down to the hair follicles, rendering them ineffective, thus stopping future hair growth.

It is effective for all skin types and the most commonly noticed side effects are slight reddening and local swelling of the skin, similar to sunburn. These effects typically last for several hours or less.

I think that you should discuss it in detail with a dermatologist/cosmetologist to clear any doubts or apprehensions.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.
