How to get rid of Diffused Redness/TINY blood vessels not able 2b targeted by laser????////

Its not dry, or anything like seb. dem., etc. Ive been to a million and a half derms in my area...and spent hundreds on copays to see them. Ive spend yet another 2k on laser treatment...
They all say its blood vessels. The vessels arent visible, but I have more like a patch of diffused redness on one area of my skin that is quarter sized and VERY red and VERY visible. When I wear makeup I have to blot concealer in that area just to get it to be a pink color-which looks weird anyways...and then put blush on. Ive tried laser, and it did not fade it.
There has to be SOMETHING I can do to get rid of this diffused redness...Ive had it since I was in middle school (22 now)...and believe its from the sun, Im sensetive to the sun and sometimes get hives-just red blotchiness on my chest/arms...and my face turns red from being hot...that is my best guess.
When people see me without makeup Im so embarassed, even with makeup I have to make sure it doesnt rub. My complexion is terrible, I know Ill never have even complexion but this massively red spot on my face....well, like I said, there has to be SOMETHING. Ive seen people helped by laser with visible vessels on their face, but they are visible and easily targeted, mine just look like a red patch of skin, you can only tell its vessels if you look VERY close, they are tiny tiny vessels, bunched together...or if i stretch my skin a littl and look close.
What can I do? Im tired of spending money on things I cant afford in the first place, with no results.
