How to treat cut on tip of penis?

So I've had a cut / tear right on the tip of my penis, right next to the urethra for 6 days and I see no real change for the better.
There was never any blood or pain while urinating, but the way I got the cut still baffles me.
6 nights ago I had a wet dream (this is pretty embarrassing) I got up right away and ran to the bathroom to clean myself. Immediately I had to urinate and there was a burning sensation, but I'm thinking that was due to me ejaculating right before.
Anyways I was cleaning myself and rubbing my glans (glands) to dry myself off and for about an hour after I felt a bit of discomfort. The next day I noticed the small cut and the rest is history. My guess is that I may have just really irritated my glans (glands) from cleaning it while dry.

Again there's never been any blood from the cut or pain while urinating, I'm just really concerned as to how to treat it.

*Note* I'm 26, uncircumcised and sexually active but only have had one partner for the past 4 years.

This can be due to chafing skin, pyeronie’s disease or adhesion formation after chafing skin or multiple fungal infections. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of topical antibiotic creams and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist
