Huge blisters on my right hand

It starts out as tiny bumps then they start to clump together some. Then they will become HUGE blisters I between and on my fingers. Always has been same hand and only ring and middle finger. 4th time in 4 months it's happened and been happening for about 3 years. Seen 6 doctors and none can help all are taken back by it and want to take pictures

Blisters can get to almost an inch off of my fingers and larger than a quarter around

I’m having the exact same issues
It started a few weeks ago,can’t remember where on my hand,my hands stay beat up from my job and hobbies as a carpenter and I tear down old houses on weekends,carve at night
At first I thought it was a tiny splinter arching on things as I touched them
Pretty normal ,I have a magnifier app on my phone fand really good tweezers for the Dailey if not hourly splinters I get
It was my index finger now thst I think about it
In the joint by the tip
I could see what appeared to be a shard of metal deeper in and I had been shaving metal earlier and figured it was old and was finally coming out
As I dug in I noticed t it was not coming out
And I thought I saw many more
I dug for a while but the burning and stinging finally got to me
My hands have extremely thick skin on them so getting down to a nerve takes some work
The next day it bothered me all day and that night I decided to go in again
It looked much worse
And I could see black llottle rods down in there but alll o could get out were what looked like tea leaves
And no puss which is odd for splinters
But I ended up busting one of the papules and all hell broke loose
It was like the clear liquid was volitile and all these reddish black specs that were sticky came out of the “pocket”I busted
The pain wasn’t too bad ,burning stinging feeling but not very intense,the liquid almost instantly hardened and had an affect on the skin it had touched
It seems like some bad stuff
I freaked put a little but felt I’d gotten everything cleaned out and figured I’d be bothered for. Week by the damage I’d caused pulling everything out
Surprisingly two days later it was almost healed and never gave me trouble
But unfortunately I unleashed the beast on my skin by messing with it
Now my whole left hand is covered and some on my right and a big blistering patch on my eyebrow
I went to a dermatologist but couldn’t bring myself to tell him what I’d seen
He didn’t really look and just said bacterial and to soak in bleach
I’m very worried that this is going to spread over my whole body
It’s painful until I get the stuff out
It won’t heal unless I get the stuff out
I’ve poked at the specs with magnifier and they look like amoebas
Sometimes there’s tiny thin hairs sticking out twitching

I don’t know if I’m just losing my mind or have an alien parasite or what
I’m seeing another dermatologist next week and giving them all the pics and just telling them everything
