Huge red bumps

i have two huge itchy red lumps on my arm.....this morning i was scratching my arm...just thinking it was just a normal thing not worryin about anything because its normal to itch. But when i got home later on today i see that i have two huge red itchy lumps on my arm....i never wouldve noticed if it hadnt started hurting though...thats the only reason i looked at my arm. the lumps too big for any bug to have biten me. My other arm is fine but when i lift it up to try and touch my other arm it hurts one of my breasts...i have yet to examine those yet but i am goin to...just to make sure there arent anymore lumps...please help me figure out what this is...my mother thinks it might be ring worms...but we dont know for sure

It looks like an insect bite or tick bite. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin. Although the bite may be itchy, avoid scratching it because you may damage the skin, and allow bacteria to get in, leading to infection. You may also need topical and oral steroids which are available under prescription. Also get it examined if the symptoms persist.
