Hundreds of Red Freckles

For as long as i can remember i have had hundreds of these red flat, freckle spots all over my arms, chest, stomach and a few on my legs.
I have had a very large bright red birthmark on my back since birth, and these other red freckles have multiplied over the years.
They don't itch, they are not raised, i just hate them as people notice them, they almost look like splatters of blood all over me!
What are they?
Wish i could attach a photo to show them.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms they can be freckles or moles. It can also be due to cherry hemangiomas. Cherry angiomas are made up of clusters of tiny capillaries at the surface of the skin, forming a small round dome ("papule"), which may be flat topped.

When they first develop, they may be only a tenth of a millimeter in diameter and almost flat, appearing as small red dots. You cannot remove them at home.Cryosurgery using liquid nitrogen and laser are the main treatment modalities. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
