Hydrocortisone acetate cream 1% side effect?

Hydrocortisone acetate cream 1% side effect?

The doctor prescribed me the 30g hydrocortisone acetate 1% for my allergic reaction rashes(dermatitis) on my face about 5 days ago and now even though the rashes seem to be gone, my face feels tight when i move and my skin is really dry, thin, wrinkly, red and uneven and my skin was perfect before I had the allergic reaction. My skin feels really uncomfortable and I'm not sure if I can use any face lotions on my face yet..Is this gonna go away or what? Or should I go see the pharmacist I purchased this cream from???

I used this cream with a q-tip  on a small lession - about 5 times.  Result I now have a pure white spost on middle of my forehead (pigment loss) and to top it off I have a gulley across the white spot from my eye braw all the way to top of my forehead.   Means it actually ate away at my scull.  Hoping it did not penatrate deeper.

Apparantly rare side effects include - pigment loss, attrophy (deformity) which is what happened to me.

There are other side effects as well - people should be made aware of - proper label on the product would of helped - I would of not used the product on my face!!!!!!
