Hydrocortisone and alcohol!?

hello everybody! Well actually I've been using hydrocortisone cream for one month(hydrocortisone acetate 1% in a water miscible base)thats what written on he package...i used it for one month on my face to treat my eczema but my mom told me this penetrates in the skin and goes in your system.but im going camping with my friends in a week and i was wondering if the hycortisone cream could interact with alcohol in any way because here will be alcohol provided at the camp! i know its only hydrocortisone cream but still this goes in your system.so can i consume alcohol?thx for your replies....

There are no reported interactions between hydrocortisone and alcohol but hydrocortisone has plenty of side effects like skin thinning, redness, steroid induced rosacea, telangiectasia and redness. So you should use it only after consulting a dermatologist and under a dermatologist’s guidance.
