Hydrozole Cream?

Dear Doc,
I am a 29 year old male who has suffered from Sebhoreic Dematitis for the past 10 years.  It is mainly my face that is affected (quite badly) and in the past I have used Nizoral cream to help manage my problem. On recommmendation from my Dermatologist I started using Hydrozole cream for particulary bad outbreaks, which helped my skin dramatically.  I have been using Hydrozole cream 'on and off' now for around 5 months; I have noticed however that my skin condition deteriorates a few days after I stop using the Hydrozole cream and now the Nizoral cream seems to have no effect.  Is using Hydrozole cream on my face on a regular basis going to do any permanent damage?  I am very concerned about my dermatitis condition may already have transformed into a more serious condition due to overuse of this particular product. Please help me!

Canesten creme could help in tinea.But if it is age based pigmentation this will not help.If so can try aloe vera gel.But both these conditions do not start overnight,so would be happy to receive a photo to make a better comment.

plz s0meone help me .. i have a white patch on my chest .. i c0nsulted a general physician he gave me hydrozole but i wanted to see a skin specialist i went there nd he recommended me a lotion consist 0v clobitorolpropionate w/w 50 % of isoynopyle alcohol ..he d0ubts its virtiligo but hes not confirmed .. i even applied garlic 0n it bt nw i still hav a white patch nd c0x ov garlic my little bit 0v skin burned .. nw inside dat patch red patch is found.. it bleeded wn i rubbed it.. i wasnt satisfied with the l0tion so m still applyng hydrozole .. m really scared .. i jst cant gt wat it really is skin cancer , tinea or virtiligo ?? can any0ne plz help me ..

Dear Concerned

As i had some white spots on my face and some spots on chest in the year of mid 2008, i consulted to skin specialist, he treated me some medisons, soap, tinacart lotion and "hydrozole" cream for face specially. After one month tratment i got well but i got some problem, like irretation, and pain on my skin areas side of Nose, like some body scratched that area and too dry, looking different to other area of skin, so i used various normal lotions and cream but not felt fine, but when i applied hydrozole cream again that was fine as normal. Now it has been around 2 years i am using hydrozole cream daily little amount of cream on specific area around nose, whenever i try to quit using the hydrozole, skin condion gets same, strange as i told erlier, now i am really worry thet i have to use this cream always ????  
please help me
