Hyperpigmentation (w/lesser hypopigmentation)

I'm a 48 yr. old male from Upstate NY. I've had 12 IPL, v-beam & fraxel sessions. Plus 4 Yag type for hyperpigmentation (Melasma & redness) from treatments by 2 Doc's.. Was effective on Melasma, but redness still apparent primarily on neck (both sides) with small spot on forehead. Have some hypopigmentation spots resulting from first treatment from 2nd Doctor (high setting & skin sensitivity during that initial session). Second Doc is going to symposium to see if anything further can be learned for me. Been using Neostrata HQ (2% & 4%) started past week. Any other suggestions for laser or chemical that may help me to rid the redness? It has been reduced by more than 50% after all the treatments to date. I give the hyperpigmentation priority over the hypopig. for now, but would like to know about the Excimer laser as a possibility for the latter. See photo.
