Hypopigmentation Sun Burn

About close to two years ago, I got really sunburned and got a blister above my lip.  This blister I tried to heal, but eventually it dried up and kind of went away.  However, as I got exposed the sun, it still became more visible and is still visible. Is there anyway of making this white mark darker, or of using anything to heal the mark.  Is the mark scar tissue if it still has hair growing on it?  What is the easiest way to correct the white appearance that is visible there?  Thanks!

Such kind of hypopigmentation is very difficult to treat but sometimes it goes away on its own after exposure to the sun. Creams like  Elidel cream or Protropic can be used on these hypopigmented  areas but at such a young age it is not advisable to use them . If the symptoms still persist then  you can talk to your dermatologist about laser-assisted chemabrasion(LACA).
